Introduction: Over the COVID-19 pandemic period, it was necessary the adaptation to the emergency pedagogical practices to meet the needs of the educational system and minimize school closures and digital teaching practices have been part of the solution, offering distance learning. Objectives: Carrying out a literature review on pedagogical practices of basic education teachers who have the attention of remote students in the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. Materials and Methods: It was carried out an literature survey in May 2022 in the capes and academic Google journal databases, the descriptors used were the following: ''Covid 19'' AND ''Social Distancing'' AND ''Basic Education'' AND ''Teaching Remote'' AND ''Educational Practices''. Results: 95% of the papers reported about remote teaching practices, developed during the interruption of face-to-face classes, which occurred through digital technologies and virtual educational tools, 55% of the articles presented reflections, feelings, challenges and teachers' conceptions to develop pedagogical practices and face the dilemmas and difficulties of virtual teaching. Conclusion: The surveys revealed a lack of professional qualification of teachers in using digital technologies, work overload, difficulty in involving students virtually, learning deficit of some students due to the lack of adaptation to the new method of classes, teaching difficulties due to structural and technological innovations of both educational institutions and educational practices. Therefore, it was possible to conclude that the pedagogical practices of basic education teachers to attract the attention of students who have remote classes in the COVID-19 pandemic period were modified for virtual teaching, applying various educational technologies with the use of applications and digital resources as websites, programs, software, social networks such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, youtube, zoom, videos, Google meet, Google forms, screen recorders, Google classroom, through technological tools remotely.
