Preflight search on the model of utility of constructive layout applied to ensure precisely the possibility of fire in furnace devices, a general analysis of the current state of technology R & D in this area of study was presented. The research methodologies were initially associated with the following keywords cook *, furnace *, control *, device *, in the ESPACENET database. The results show that the prospection of this provision is uniform and with a peak in the year 2013 and the main holder of patent documents on this utility model is China. The constructive arrangement applied to ensure precisely the possibility of fire in cooking furnace devices has the potential to generate added value in existing products, and it is necessary to search for continuous improvements to maintain this utility model in the market
