Additionally, it explores best practices and innovative solutions, including Lean methodologies, digital health technologies, and workflow automation, to optimize efficiency and improve treatment effectiveness. The findings provide insights into how clinics can enhance their operational performance, ensure better patient satisfaction, and achieve higher standards of care.
